Hello, my name is

Amanda Cunningham

I build the systems companies run on.

I'm the operations and systems person for the CEO of a Colorado modular housing manufacturer. I find the process that's costing time or money, build the system that fixes it, and get the team using it. That's meant cash and payroll forecasting, AP controls, onboarding with Claude, and an AI marketing team I designed and built myself.

About me

About Me

Systems first, then the people who use them

Since March 2024 I've been the CEO's operations and systems person at Vederra Modular, a modular housing factory in Aurora, Colorado. My work covers cash flow and payroll forecasting, accounts payable, HR admin and onboarding, office operations and marketing.

Most of what I build uses AI. I design agents, write Claude skills and automations, and build small web apps. Every one has a person reviewing the output before it goes out.

Marketing Command Center

AI agentsWeb appVercel · Supabase · GitHub
The problem
No marketing team, and a LinkedIn page that was close to silent: about 30 impressions a month.
What I built
  • A team of ten AI agents that find ideas, write copy, make graphics, research thought leadership, find grants and conferences, and publish.
  • A 10-module web app to run it, with an Ask AI box that answers questions from live marketing data.
  • An approval flow: agents draft, I review, the CEO approves, then it posts.

Impressions went from under 100 a month (Oct 2025 to Feb 2026) to 13,431 in May 2026. That's 43,500+ for the year, with followers up 45%, all organic.

Cash & Payroll Forecasting

Finance13-week forecastHeadcount planning
The problem
Cash was tight, and bills, payroll and customer payments lived in different places. Leadership needed to see week by week when cash would drop below a safe level, and what payroll would cost under different staffing plans.
What I built
  • A 13-week cash forecast: money in, fixed bills and movable bills. Drag a bill to another week and the balance and warnings update.
  • A payroll forecast built from the payroll roster. Set a target and it shows weekly cost and crew size, and it can feed straight into the cash forecast.
  • Unpaid bills roll forward on their own, and each bill can be tagged to a project.

The CEO used it to decide which bills to pay and when, and to plan staffing against cash.

Sample company, made-up numbers. Drag a bill to another week and watch the balance move.

Onboarding with Claude

Claude skillsBilingualHR operations
The problem
A factory hiring fast, with a crew that speaks English and Spanish. Every new hire needed an offer letter, payroll setup, documents and reminders, and it was all done by hand.
What I built
A standard bilingual onboarding email and a Claude onboarding skill that fills the offer letter, drafts the email, prepares the payroll setup and tracks who still owes what.

100+ new hires onboarded since 2025, including 53 offer letters in one week during the January 2026 hiring ramp. Every person got one clear email in their language.

Payroll setupClaude prepares a paste-ready block, and I enter it in the payroll portal.
Watch the inboxIt checks daily for signed letters and finished paperwork.
RemindersReminders go out based on what's missing, after 48 hours.

Company Card Controls

AmexSlackLive
The problem
Card charges showed up with no receipt, no reason and no owner. Getting an answer meant chasing people, and coding each charge meant guessing.
What I built
  • A card spending tool that pulls every Amex charge and checks it against each person’s per-charge limit and monthly cap.
  • Anything over the limit gets a question sent to that person in Slack. Their reply is pulled back into the tool automatically, and one answer covers repeat charges from the same merchant.
  • An accounting code is suggested for every charge, using 21 rules learned from how accounting actually coded the card before.
  • Receipt photos people send in Slack are read, matched to the charge by amount and date, and saved with a clear file name.

Second Brain

ClaudeObsidianScheduled agents
The problem
One person covering the CEO's inbox and calendar, AP, HR and marketing. Tasks came in through Slack, email and quick notes to myself, and it was easy for one to slip.
What I built
  • A knowledge base of how I work: my writing voice, email rules, contacts, company facts and open commitments.
  • Scheduled Claude agents that read it every hour. They draft replies and new emails from my Slack notes and the CEO's requests, check both calendars every morning, and track every commitment.
  • Guardrails: it only drafts and never sends, and personal or sensitive details stay out.

About 9 hours a week back (my estimate), mostly from email drafts and morning calendar prep.
